Kayla and Cara, best friends as well as sisters, live with their parents. Their father shocked them the day he announced, We're moving to Tulsa! They were both on the High School flag squad, very popular and had steady jobs. Then, they realized that the Hanson's also lived in Tulsa. A dream come true.

"Hey Kayla, Do you think you and I are going to like living in Tulsa?" Cara said. Kayla replied, "You know Hanson lives there, don't you? What if we wind up being neighbors with them? I have a feeling that is going to happen! Don't you think so to Cara? I would love to be Zac's girlfriend. Wow! I'm so excited."

Cara said "Yes Kayla, I do know Hanson lives in Tulsa and it would be so cool if we wound up being neighbors with them."

Kayla said,"It is getting late, let's talk in the morning." Cara answered back "Ok see you in the morning, let's talk in the morning, night" Cara said to her sister,"Good night Kayla" In Cara's dream she became Taylor's girlfriend, and Kayla became Zac's girlfriend. It was the best dream she ever had.

She woke up at the strike of midnight listening to her sister. Kayla was in a deep sleep. Peaceful for her, Cara thought to herself. Then Cara fell back to sleep around 12:30, and slept all night. She and Taylor had the perfect relationship, and so did Kayla and Zac. Then around 7:30 Cara woke up to the wonderful smell of home cooked bacon, and waffles and fresh squeezed orange juice.

She got up from her bed, shook Kayla and told her to get up. Kayla got in white pants and her Hanson Tee-Shirt, and Cara got in her red pants and her Hanson Tee-shirt. They raced to the kitchen where they found their mother fixing up some good food for them to eat. They took their food and went to the living room. Kayla turned on VH-1. She screamed because she saw Hanson on TV, and then Cara began screaming also. They were so excited.

"Hey Mom," Kayla yelled "when do you think were moving to Tulsa?" Mom said, "In about 2 months honey, I'm going to Tulsa next weekend and I'm going to look at some house, that an agent I hired found for us out there, and I was wondering if you like to come down with me. You and Cara can help me look and if we can find where the Hanson's live maybe we can go to their home. Mrs. Hanson is the agent I hired to look for homes for us, so I'm sure she would introduce us to her sons, now wouldn't that be nice?" Kayla answered, "Yes mom it would be nice to go to Tulsa with you, and Cara already said yes, so it's final. Were going to Tulsa wa ho! Oh, I'm so happy your letting us go with you and possibly to meet the Hanson's. Were so happy!"

1 Week Later

Kayla and Cara had all their stuff packed since the night their mom announced their trip to Tulsa. The night they were supposed to leave Cara fell and sprained her ankle and had to be taken to the hospital. The doctor said it was ok for them to go to Tulsa still as long as Kayla brought a wheel chair, Kayla would have to drive her around in it. The doctor gave Kayla and her mom some medicine instructions and then they went home to get some sleep and then woke up the next morning.

Kayla helped her sister get out of bed slowly and found some clothes for her. Their father loaded their things in the car, and drove Kayla, Cara, and their mom to the airport. Cara was wheeled in the wheel chair to the plane and then on to the plane. Kayla and Cara sat on the plane and their mom sat behind them. Then Cara fell asleep and she heard MMMBop when she woke up. She screamed and recognized Hanson were going back to Tulsa on their flight. Kayla screamed with joy also.

"Kayla" Cara said, "Hanson's on our flight! I'm excited. Go and get them and bring them to us, or maybe we should wait until we get off of the plane?" Kayla answered, "I think we should wait until we get off of the plane, and then they can shake our hands and talk to us and stuff." Cara told Kayla, "Ok, fine then wake me up when it is time to get up and then wave them down to get their attention."

Before Cara knew it Kayla was shaking her anxiously to get up so they could get off the plane. Cara woke up and Kayla got her things and Cara's things and wheeled Cara off the plane where they waited for their mother and try to wave Hanson down. Taylor looked up at Cara and started walking to her and then Isaac, and Zac followed Taylor. Cara looked at Kayla, and gave her a look saying keep cool and act nice and maybe I can hook up with Taylor and you with Zac. Kayla got the message and remained calm.

"Taylor, Zac, and Isaac" Kayla said to them, "My name is Kayla and this is my injured sister Cara. We have been looking forward to meeting you and now your face to face with us. We admire you for who you are and were not the scream squad as Zac would say. We like you for your music and your talent and not your looks although you are very hot. We like you because of you, and we wanted to know if we can stay with you because our mom is looking for a house out here because of my dad's work and his health and we have no where to stay. So do you think that we could? Your mom is the agent that found us some homes and I think it would be great for us to get to know you."

Zac said, "We think that would be a great idea because our mom mentioned it to us last night she had a client from North Carolina coming out to look for homes and our mom found you a home that's right next door to ours. It is a really nice house and I know you 2 will love it. Come on let's go get our mom's and my mom can drive us there and we will let Cara get settled in the rec room to rest or Tay can push her around the house and let her look at it."

So Tay wheeled Cara from the airport lounge to the Hanson's car. He put her in the car with the help of Zac and Isaac, and Taylor got in and sat next to Cara while, Zac sat next to Kayla. Cara fell asleep the whole way to the Hanson house where she found Tay shaking her to wake up. And Zac was acting like a hyper animal outside anxiously waiting for Cara to get up. Cara opened her eyes and looked at Taylor, and he smiled at her. She was happy.

Zac was smiling outside of the car at her. Zac helped her while Tay took the wheel chair out of the car. Tay held her hand and placed Cara in the chair as gently as he could. Tay wheeled her around in the new house. Mrs Hanson, and Kayla and Cara's mom were sitting down discussing the payments on the house and Tay wheeled Cara, and Zac and Kayla followed behind. Then Cara let out this shrieking pierce loud scream that could everybody's hearing out.

Tay said, "Cara why are you screaming like that? Cara said to Tay "My leg really hurts Tay. That's why I let out the howl of pain."Tay said "I know Cara. Don't worry we will get you to a doctor. Let me go get Zac and Ike. Ok?"

Tay wheeled Cara to where Kayla, and Zac Isaac were standing, and he explained the whole thing of that just happened. Zac got up and told his brother "let me wheel her and go help Ike get the van". Tay did as he was told very seriously. He must have cared about Cara very deeply and would do anything for her. But for some odd reason Cara knew that Tay liked Kayla but he also liked Cara to. Everyone was concerned. Isaac wheeled Cara over to her mom, and his mom and explained what just had happened and told them that he would take all of them and Cara to the local hospital. They all piled into the car, and Zac and Cara sat next to each other. Cara was grinching her eyes in pain, and Zac looked at her with concern on his face.

Kayla looked at Cara, and gave her a look telling her "what the heck do you think your doing, trying to take Zac away from me"? Cara gave Kayla a pained look that said "Im not, but I cant help it if he likes me and not you". Just then they arrived at the hospital and Ike helped Tay and Zac get Cara out of the wheelchair, and put Cara back in it gently. Tay wheeled her into the Emergency Room, and the nurse took the necessary information and got Cara into see a doctor right away. He X-Rayed her foot, and looked at the X-rays for awhile. Then he looked at Tay and Ike and gave them a look saying "outside, we need to talk". They got the message and then left.

The Doctor said to Tay and Isaac,"I don't know how to say this but Cara has had a bad case of sprained ankles and it looks certain to me that if this keeps happening her foot will have to be amputated and we would get her a wooden leg". Tay asked the doctor,"Is there anything we can do about that?"

The doctor said to Tay "Yes there is something you can do, make sure she always wears sneakers and not sandals or thongs". Tay said to the doctor "No problem doctor, we will do just that." The doctor said "I'm glad to hear that, come on help me get our patient ready to go and then you can do as I ask about getting her to talk to one of you."

The doctor, Tay and Isaac went back into the room where they found Zac and Kayla talking and Cara asleep in the wheelchair. The pain killer the nurse gave to her earlier knocked her out to sleep. The doctor, Zac, Isaac, Taylor, and Cara all went out to the nurse's station and followed the medication directions which were given. They all said goodbye to the doctor and thanked her. They all loaded up in Isaac's car, and gently as Zac could he shook Cara and told her they were ready to go.

Cara got a hold of Zac's hand and he plopped down in the backseat of the car, and Tay sat next, Kayla and Tay got in. Zac whined because he didn't get to sit next to Kayla and he was mad Tay did. Kayla noticed that Zac was holding Cara's hand the whole way home. Kayla thought to herself maybe he is trying to let her squeeze his hand because of pain. I have nothing to worry about. They all got home and Cara was asleep also, and Tay shook the both of them gently and brought them into the house. Since he couldn't get Cara up, Tay carried her to the den, and laid her down on the bed where she was going to sleep while they were staying with the Hansons.

Then he left the room and shut the door quietly and then went to the kitchen where they found Cara and Kayla's mom, Amanda, sitting and talking with Diana. Amanda told Kayla that the sale was final and they were moving in about 4 weeks to their new home. They would have to go and get their stuff packed from their home in Charlotte, North Carolina. Kayla looked at her mother and cried and then ran to the tree house, and up the tree she went. Zac followed after her, and up the tree he went and sat down next to Kayla looking gazingley into her big brown eyes.

Zac said "I know how you feel Kayla It was hard to leave all the tours when we were on them and it was hard for the fans also". Kayla looked up at Zac and said to him "I'm sorry I cried, but I have a best friend in North Carolina, her name is Jenny. She has long blond hair and blue eyes, and I have a job and I'm also a flag girl. I will have to find new friends and new flag squad and a new best friend and a new job". Zac said to Kayla "I know how hard it is believe me. First of all don't worry you, and Cara already have 3 best friends here, Me, Isaac, and Taylor. And don't worry about school maybe you can home schooled with us! That would be great don't you think?"

Kayla said "Thanks Zac of course me and Cara will be your best friends, and hopefully something more between us. I don't know if Cara can go back to North Carolina with us, she is just to emotional when it comes to saying good-byes especially to her best friend Tiffany. Tiffany will be crushed we have to leave so soon, but life must go on".

Zac said to Kayla "You know Kayla, I would like to get to know you, your a very sweet and pretty young lady, how about having some lunch with me tomorrow? Just you and me, we can walk around Tulsa and find somewhere romantic to eat at. My treat! What do you say?" Kayla answered Zac "Great I would love to go out on a date with you tomorrow. I will tell Mom later tonight. Ok? I think we should go in now, I feel much better and I want to say I really feel completely safe with you, Zac I really do."

Zac and Kayla looked at each other for a minute and then Zac moved closer to Kayla and looked gazingly into her eyes and kissed her. Not a peck. A real kiss on the mouth. She was so happy and surprised and returned the kiss. They kissed for 20 minutes which felt like 20 hours for Kayla. Then they went inside. Kayla decided to shower up, and then call it a night. When she got showered and in her nighttime clothes she went to Zac's room.

Kayla said "I just wanted to say good night Zac."

"Good night Kayla" said Zac.

Kayla went into her room, and laid down in her bed. She tried to fall asleep but she just couldn't and she didn't even know why. Then finally she fell asleep and woke up at 2:30 in the morning screaming. Zac ran in the room where she was staying and held her hand.

Zac said to Kayla "Hey Kayla, you will be ok. It was just a bad dream, that's all." Kayla answered "I know Zac. It was about Cara getting to be your girlfriend and you forgot all about me. It was so awful". Zac said "I know. You will be ok. Don't worry. I mean, yes Cara is cool and all, but I think you are the one I want. I still want to get to know you better."

Zac hugged and gently kissed Kayla on the lips and said goodnight and left her door half-way opened so he could hear her. Kayla laid back down and up for awhile thinking. She eventually fell asleep and woke up the next morning around nine. Cara still had a little pain in her foot but she was feeling much better.

Kayla said to Zac "I feel better from last night. It was a really scary dream though. Me and my mom are going back to North Carolina to get our stuff today and Cara has to stay here to rest her foot. Your mom is going to look after her and we will be back at the end of the week." Zac answered " Man, will I miss you Kayla. Your so special to me and I hope nothing ever happens between us. Kayla said "Oh Zac your such a sweetie and I don't know what I would ever do without you."

Just then Cara was wheeled in the kitchen by Tay in the wheelchair. Cara was dressed in her pajamas and Tay was in his. They both said hello to Kayla and Zac who at the moment looking happily at each other. Then Zac leaned over and kissed Kayla and Tay leaned over and kissed Cara. Then the couples broke apart.

Kayla said to Zac "My mom is going to take us over to the school and get us registered and then me and my mom are going to North Carolina to get our things and then come back and move into the house, but Cara will stay with you." Tay said to Kayla, "That's great Kayla, I would love Cara to stay with us until you get back. I know it will be a good experience for her to know me and Zac and Ike better considering what the doctor told us to do, I'll explain it to you later."

Kayla just shook her head okay and smiled at Zac happily. She thought to herself she did not know what she would do with out him. Zac said to himself, I think she likes me, and I like her.What should I do next? Maybe go and ask Taylor what he thinks. Yes that is what I will do. Zac went over to Taylor and stared at him.

Zac said to Taylor "Tay I really like Kayla and I know that she likes me, and I don't know wether I should ask her to be my girlfriend or if I should wait awhile. Please help me." Taylor answered "Well, little bro, I think you should get to know Kayla first and then make your move. If you make your move now, you are liable to scare her away and you don't want that. That would be a mistake. So just get to know her, show her around Tulsa, go by everyday after school lets out and pick her up and then when you know her better. Then you make your move. Ok?" Zac said "Ok thanks Taylor. I will do that. Thanks."

Just then Tay went into the room looking very sad. Zac gave a look to Ike and it said "we got a problem with Tay let's offer our help". Ike flashed a look that said ok. Tay just sat there and sighed. He looked sad.

Zac said to Tay, "Hey big bro what's got you down? Is there anything we can do to help?"Tay looked at his brothers and said "I don't know if you could help me, I'm just very sad looking at Cara lay there in pain and I want to help her, but I don't know how. Can you two come with me to talk to her please?" Zac answered "Ok sure Tay we will, go talk to her, she is not acting right today, and I demand to find out what is wrong with her". Tay said "Thanks guys."

Zac gave his big brother a hug and Ike, Zac, and Taylor walked to where Cara was. She was reading a magazine, smiling happily at Tay's picture. She didn't notice the boys were in the room, and then she looked up and said "hi".

Tay said to Cara" Hey babe, whats up? How you feeling today?" Cara replied "I feel a little weak Tay. But I'm doing better." Tay said "Well I'm glad your feeling better and I bought Zac, and Ike to talk with us. How would you like that?" Cara said "That is fine Tay, but I'm not talkative." Tay replied "I didn't know. But just let me say Cara your acting funny these past few days, is there something wrong that you want to tell us about, we will help you in anyway we can."

Zac said to Cara "Cara I know there is something wrong, my senses are telling me, please let, us help you, you will feel better. Cara answered ""Zac ok, you caught me, but I'm not up to talking about it." Zac said "Please, you will feel better." Cara said "No maybe later when I feel good." Zac said "Ok if you need us we will be in the other room." Cara said "Okay".

Zac and Ike left the room and Tay stayed, he saw Cara dig into her overnight bag and take out some odd pills. Tay thought to himself probably pain pills. Cara took them with her water and seconds later she was out. Tay tried calling her name but she went into a deep sleep.

Tay cried"Ike, Zac I need you, Cara took pain killers and she won't awake she is probably in a deep sleep."

Ike and Zac came running in the room and Isaac tripped over a bag and fell on his face. He got up again and went over to Zac and Tay. Ike looked at Cara and he felt her pulse. He nodded to Zac that there was a pulse and to call an ambulance right away. Tay did as he was told. He cried while waiting for the ambulance. Isaac had to come and take him away because he got out of control and started sobbing. Tay stayed with Cara until the ambulance came. Just then an ambulance reached the house and wisked Cara and Tay to the hospital.

They all got in the emergency room and Zac, Ike, Tay, Kayla, Amanda, Cara's mom Zac's parents brothers and sister's waited. Just then they saw a doctor approaching them and Tay cried.

"Hi," the woman said "Hi my name is Doctor Marshall. Cara took 2 pain killers and they had a bad affect on her system. She will be fine tomorrow, but I would like to keep her here overnight . She will need rest for the first few days and then she will be good as new again. I recommend she takes it easy when she is feeling better and talk to her as much as you all can. Right now she is in room 510, bed A, sleeping. One of you can be with her. But she will be fine so please don't worry."

Tay screamed with joy and gave Isaac and the rest of the crew a pleasing look asking if he could go see Cara. They all gave in and led Tay to the room. Tay opened the door, and walked to Cara. She was wearing an IV but that was all. Cara woke up. She smiled at Tay.

Tay said to Cara "I'm so glad your okay Cara. Don't ever do that again. Ok? I know you were just taking pain killers to lead the pain away but the doctor said you are allergic to the kind you have been taking and then your system just decided not to handle it anymore and it did this to you." Cara said to Tay, "Oh Tay, I'm so sorry that happened. I had no idea I was allergic to that. I wont do that again and when we go home it is time I had a talk with you, Zac, and Isaac. Tay answered "I'm so glad you decided to talk about what's bothering you. We can help. Just because we are rock stars doesn't mean were not there for the ones we love. I love you Cara." Cara said, "I love you to Tay."

Just then Zac and the rest of the family entered the room. Zac looked at Taylor and gave him the thumbs up sign. Zac went to Cara and smiled at her. Kayla went to Cara and they began talking.

The nurse came in and said "It is time for Cara to get her rest. You can come get her in the morning after doctor Marshall is finished examing her one last time". Tay, Ike, and Zac said "Call if you need to talk. Anytime during the night. Were here for you." Cara said "Okay I will guys. You should go before the nurses get upset."

Everyone left the room, and Cara tried to go to sleep but she couldn't. Then Tay came back in the room and he told Cara he begged his parents to let him stay the night with Cara tonight and they gave in. Tay sat in a chair and held her hand, and since Zac was told to watch after Tay and Cara for the night, he came in the room waved and went to the other bed and went to sleep.

Cara cried "Don't take that out of my arm you stupid jerk. Ahhhhhhhhh," Zac was shaking Cara, "Cara wake up hon, your having a bad dream" Cara woke up in a cold sweat. "Oh Zac it was awful. The doctor's were poking me and they would not leave me alone."

Zac hugged her, and Tay woke up. He thought Zac liked her and then stormed out the room.

Zac said to Cara "Oh lord, he has the wrong idea. He thinks I'm making a move on you when I'm not. I will be back in a few minutes I'm going to talk to him." Cara said "Ok Zac. I'll go back to sleep."

Cara shut her eyes and Zac left the room and saw Tay in the waiting room crying. He put his arm around Tay but Tay backed away. Zac opened his mouth to explain but Tay ran back into Cara's room. Zac followed.

Zac said to Tay "I wasn't making a move on Cara. I was hugging her because she had a screaming bad dream. I was just trying to help." Tay said "Really Zac, it didn't mean a thing that hug?" Zac said "No Tay I wouldn't take your girl away from you like that. No way. I, have Kayla anways and she is the greatest miracle that stepped into my life since we came back from our tour."

Tay said "Ok Zac I forgive you. Don't do it again." Zac said "Ok Tay I won't. But I should if she is upset about something and your not there to talk to her about it." Tay replied "Ok then it is settled. She can be your best friend." Tay said "Oh she is, but I think I'm planning on asking Cara to be my girlfriend."

Zac said to Tay "Tay that is great. I'm so happy for you." Tay said to Zac, "Thanks little bro. I wonder what she will say. What do you think?" Zac replied "I think she will say yes. I know she likes you. He he." Tay said "Little bro how do you know?" Zac said "She told me." Zac said "I'm so happy. Come on lets go see how Cara is." Tay replied "Ok."

Tay and Zac walked back into the room where Cara was and she was sleeping. Zac went back to the other bed and lyed down, and Tay sat back down holding Cara's hand. Cara sighed while sleeping. It was 7:00 in the morning when Cara woke up, and she shook Tay gently. Tay woke up and was hyper and went to wake Zac up.

Zac mumbled "Tay leave me alone! I'm tired."Tay said "No Cara is up." Zac said "Fine I'm up."

Just then Doctor Marshall came in and examined Cara. She looked fine to the doctor and the doctor said she was going to call the Hansons and arrange a ride home for her. Tay helped Cara get her clothes and Cara went into the bathroom and changed. Cara came back out smelling and looking lovely. Zac smiled. Tay smiled to.

Tay and Zac said "You look great Cara more ever then you did in weeks." Cara said "Thanks Zac and Tay." Zac said "Come on Kayla and my mom is waiting for us."

Zac and Tay, and Cara walked out of the room and went to the nurses station and said goodbye. They walked over toward Mrs Hanson and Kayla. Kayla was wearing jeans and her Hanson tee-shirt. Zac blushed when he saw Kayla. He gave Kayla a warm hug and Tay gave Cara a warm hug. Both of the girls smiled.

Kayla said "Zac and Tay Hi, Cara your looking better." Cara said "Thanks Kayla."

Mrs Hanson, Zac and Tay, Cara, and Kayla left the hospital and went out to the Hanson's van. Ike was waiting patiently. They all got in the van. Ike drove away back to the Hanson's house. When they turned in the driveway Cara saw the brown brick layered house next door to the Hanson's. She was so happy that she would be living there in a few weeks. Kayla and Zac decided to go out for a walk.
